Piet Parra is a Dutch artist who lives and works in Amsterdam. He began creating posters and gradually became a famous artist. His most known characters are surreal humanoid birds that carry a pop aesthetic.
With his peculiar color palette Parra appears in several segments. He works with painting, animation, drawing and sculpture as well as printing and typography. His signature has been lent to Converse, Nike and Vans. Parra’s works are also printed on the clothes of his brand, Rockwell.
